ON-TIME DELIVERY

At HPC Automation we focus on the factors that support on time delivery and hold ourselves accountable for meeting our commitments. When an order is placed the project manager will create a timeline that meets the customers’ delivery requirements. This timeline is the driving force for the project throughout its time at HPC. Once this commitment is made we do everything within our control to adhere to this date.

If a job falls behind schedule due to customer changes, adjustments will be made to hold as close to the original commitment as possible. And if there’s a delay on our end, we'll go to great lengths to get it back on track. On time delivery is a weekly organizational measurement at HPC Automation.
